OPERATIONS/EVENTS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a customer service superhero to join our management team; ensure our coworking and event spaces run like a dream, keep our clients happy at all times and be the “face of TMRW“!

The job:

Ensure our space is fully functioning, clean and organised

  • Ensure that all supplies – whether coffee or stationery – are ordered and replenished
  • Assist our Community Manager in handling access cards, mail, lost and found objects, etc.
  • Manage and instruct our cleaning team
  • Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance work
  • Manage and improve our security processes

Deliver events for our Community and space hire clients:

  • Assist the Events Manager in the preparation of events hosted at TMRW
  • Work alongside our Community Manager to deliver events that will make our community grow and thrive
  • Provide efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service, set up, break down of events, meetings, workshops, and classes based on event bookings and guest needs.

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • Proficient in basic computer programmes, including MS Office
  • Some event/operations experience
  • Attentive to detail, resourceful and a proud problem solver
  • Very organised and reliable
  • Strong customer service mentality
  • South London based (ideally) or easy commute to Croydon

MARKETING ASSISTANT 

We’re looking for someone to manage, grow and deliver our organic/ paid marketing lead generation goals.

The Job:

Working closely with our Marketing Head and Community Manager, you will:

  • Create marketing concepts to attract customers and partners
  • Execute campaigns, creating visual and written content for our print, web and social channels
  • Populate our website with events, pictures, testimonials and blog posts
  • Run Social Media activities
  • Run online user acquisition activities; optimise conversion
  • Manage lead and customer databases
  • Help produce reports, using analytics tools to showcase the worst/best performing campaigns and how to optimise the budgets

Requirements:

  • College graduate
  • Outstanding communication skills, preferably a native English speaker
  • Basic knowledge of Marketing, Growth Hacking, Tech Marketing and Social Media
  • Proficient in basic computer programmes, including Office, WordPress and Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Some customer service experience
  • Organised, reliable and attentive to deadlines
  • South London based (ideally) or easy commute to Croydon
