Meet the people who make it a reality here, each day at TMRW.

Becky Golland

Managing Director

Becky brings 15 years of commercial and strategic partnerships to the team. She experienced startup entrepreneurship herself in 2012 when she co-founded and led the commercial team at Tech City News, London's tech ecosystem online publisher. She then joined Tech City UK, the UK government funded organisation designed to promote UK tech, and led their business team.
She's a South London girl and most passionate about the possibilities opening up here in Croydon.

Francois Mazoudier

Francois Mazoudier

Founder & Chairman

With 15+ years in TMT and 10+ in Venture Capital, Francois brings a ton of real-life, practical experience building, advising and financing tech companies of all sizes and stages. He experienced the great highs of a startup-to-Nasdaq IPO success story and the great depths of a total-wipeout bankruptcy, helped VCs turn around companies or salvaged what could. He's in direct, regular contact with over 200+ investors globally (from small angels to top 3 VC behemoths) and is a small private investor himself.
He's constantly fighting his temptation to build his next company.

Marcela Donatello

Marcela Donatello

Customer Service & Community Manager

Marcela is our (ex) entrepreneur who turned to communications and sets the customer service bar at TMRW. A "people person" at heart, she started in PR, completed her Master in International Business and built an online stationary e-commerce business in her native Brazil. Now that she's in London she brings her experiences to nurture and support TMRW's community.

Natasha Collen

Natasha Collen

Operations & Events Manager

Natasha is in charge of all Events at TMRW, and that's a huge job as we all want to organise something each week. Meet the greatest entrepreneurs, meet investors, invite great local music and graffiti artists, cocktail classes, streaming cinema nights, and more. We want it all. So she's kept busy, and thankfully she's experienced at managing chaos, as she's been running events in her native Spain for 5+ years. In her infinite spare time she runs all administration and operations. Because, you know, she'd get bored otherwise ;-) .
